A partnership between Times higher education and the Council of British international schools

The Cobis (Council of British international schools) and THE (Times higher education) agree to a three-year partnership "to support thousands of students at British international schools around the world to get the best possible advice around university selection", they say on 12/12/2023.

THE will provide opportunities for the Cobis member schools to participate in its global counsellor-facing activities. The data provider to the higher education sector will share with the Cobis "extensive knowledge of global higher education to provide the best guidance to their students".

"Partnership highlights include a dedicated Cobis members page on THE Counsellor and Cobis endorsing THE’s Counsellor accreditation programme (CAP) to counsellors at their schools."

"THE Counsellor is a resources platform for international school counsellors to help them advise students on career and university selection" and the CAP is a 12-module course "designed for counsellors working in high schools from all over the world who provide advice to students on career and university selection".
