University of Strasbourg: an event to showcase its professions and raise its profile as an employer

"In the medium and long term, this event will help to raise the profile of the university as a leading employer", Élisabeth Demont, Vice President of Human Resources and Social Dialogue for the University of Strasbourg (France), tells News Tank on 30/04/2024. Together with Brigitte Grosse, the university's Human Resources Director, she looks back on the first event dedicated to the discovery of the university's professions, held on 18/04 at the Palais Universitaire.

Organised by the Human Resources Department, in conjuction with the Communications Department, the forum featured many stands with ambassadors held by university staff who highlighted professions with high recruitment potential.

"In addition to presenting the jobs, the aim was to highlight the working conditions and values of the university. The mission of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility and all the cultural and sporting activities offered by the university were presented", adds the VP.
