Research in European university alliances: "Putting aside R&I is like cutting an arm" (K. Guillaume)

"Putting aside R&I from university alliances is like cutting an arm", says Kevin Guillaume, Secretary General of Circle U. at its conference titled Towards the Future of European Research and Innovation in Higher Education, taking place at the University Paris Cité (France) on 29/05/2024.

The European university alliance Circle U. was presenting its Eria project (Empowering Research and Innovation Actions), aiming to steer initiatives to strengthen research collaboration and innovation within the alliance.

Initiated in 2021 and co-funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 SwafS (Science with and for Society) programme, the Eria project is ending in August 2024 after three years that the alliance qualifies as successful.

The conference was an occasion to discuss the future of Research and Innovation within European university alliances with European research actors.
