Coimbra Group:Ludovic Thilly, chairman of the Executive Board; Eva Voldřichová Beránková, new member

Ludovic Thilly, Vice-Rector for the EC2U alliance and European networks at the University of Poitiers (France), has been re-elected as Chairman of the Executive Board of the Coimbra Group, the association of multidisciplinary European universities, on 07/06/2024, at the association's general assembly in Finland.

Eva Voldřichová Beránková, Vice-Rector for foreign affairs of Charles University in Prague, becomes a member of the Board, replacing Lenka Rovná, member of the Rector's Board for the alliance 4EU+ at the same university.

President of the Coimbra Group since June 2017, Ludovic Thilly is also a physicist and a professor of physics at the University of Poitiers. He is coordinator of the informal network of European university alliances called ForEU2.

Eva Voldřichová Beránková is an expert in French Philology and Slavic Literature and notably served as the Vice-Dean for international affairs at the Faculty of Arts at Charles University from 2014 to 2018.
