French business school ICN in negotiations with British company Gedu for an 85% stake in the capital

ICN Business School (France) has entered into exclusive negotiations with the British group Gedu Global Education to acquire a stake in the school, announces the school on 19/07/2024. According to News Tank, Gedu would inject €20 M and thus own 85% of the capital; the remaining 15% would remain under associative status.

"Following the partnership transactions carried out by Headway Advisory, Gedu's offer appeared to be the partnership project best suited to ICN BS's needs and ambitions", the school states.

According to an email sent by Florence Legros, Director of ICN BS, to employees on 19/07, of which News Tank has obtained a copy, the association would evolve in the form of a simplified joint stock company to which all administrative and teaching staff would be transferred. Under the terms of the plan, the presidency would be entrusted to Gedu, while the current general management team would remain in place.
