Two business schools Equis-accredited and the first Austrian EFMD Programme Accreditation

ISEG School of Economics and Management (Portugal) and Hunan University Business School (China) are Equis-accredited, announces the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) on 20/08/2024.

The accreditation organisation also announces that "the Master of Science in Management programme at JKU Business School has achieved EFMD Programme Accreditation, marking a notable milestone as the first institution in Austria to earn this recognition".

ISEG School of Economics and Management, located in Lisbon, was already AACSB and Amba accredited and therefore achieves the triple accreditation by adding the Equis. The school is 59th out of 90 in the FT European Business School Rankings 2023. Founded in 1911, it has approximately 4,000 students.

Hunan University Business School is a leading business school in Hunan province, a key economic and technological development hub in Central China. The school was also founded in 1911 and previously had Amba and AACSB accreditations, joining the triple accreditation as well.
