EAIE annual conference: national delegations looking for partnerships, connections and opportunities

"We are here to help universities in their internationalisation and search for partnerships. Brasilian institutions are usually successful in finding new partners and exchanging students with countries across the world", says José Celso Freire Júnior on 18/09/2024, President of the Brazilian Association of International Education (Faubai) and part of the Brazilian delegation attending the 34^th annual EAIE conference from 17 to 20/09/2024 in Toulouse (France).

The Brazilian delegation attending the conference is also made up of several universities looking to expand their partnerships and connect with their peers worldwide. Additionally, the delegation is taking advantage of the EAIE conference to launch a new internationalisation programme for Brazilian universities with foreign institutions.

Supported by the government, this programme is still in its early stages. It will focus on research, and the Brazilian authorities are gathering feedback from partners and suggestions, as the call for projects will be out soon.
