The European Commission publishes the list of Erasmus + calls for proposals for 2025 on 19/11/2024, allocating €5 Bn to learning exchanges abroad and cooperation partnerships in education, training, youth and sport. This represents a 6.5% increase in funding compared to 2024 (€4.65 Bn).

This budget, comprising the €3.97 Bn of the EU budget earmarked for Erasmus+ for 2025, internal and external earmarked revenue and contributions from the countries taking part in the programme, will be used in particular to continue:

• "Playing a key role in advancing the blueprint for a European degree, supporting the automatic recognition of learning qualifications across borders, and enhancing cooperation between higher education institutions,
• supporting Ukraine’s education system, including learners and educators in Ukraine and those who have fled to the EU", says the institution.

In line with the priorities set out in the Erasmus+ programme for 2021-2027, the call will also continue to support projects that focus on promoting social inclusion, green and digital transitions and the participation…
