Eutopia project on lifelong learning (Flecslab): A "first step" to respond to labour market's needs

"Developing high-level and future skills for a wide range of learners, including lifelong learners, is important to go from lifetime employment to lifetime employability and increase the diversity of students in accordance to the needs of the labour market", says Nicoletta Merlo, National Head of Youth Policies for CISL, on 12/12/2024.

She is one of the speakers at the policy workshop titled: "Bridging the gap between academia and lifelong learning", organised by the Eutopia alliance to report on their Erasmus + project called Flecslab.

The project responds to the European Commission's ambitions by developing flexible mechanisms that recognise short-term intensive learning efforts in a transnational context.
