Seven European associations call for a "robust and dedicated European framework programme"

"We call for a robust and dedicated European framework programme for RDI; a substantially increased budget reserved for RDI; simplifying for beneficiaries and ensuring an attractive programme", writes Cesaer, Earto, European Round Table for Industry, EUA, Leru, Science Europe and The Guild on 12/02/2025.

"The aim of our statement is to show that it is not only the university sector that is worried about what is going on with FP10, but also the research funding sector with Science Europe, and also the business sector, including the research institutes of Earto, as well as the companies within the European Round Table for Industry", says Kurt Deketelaere, Secretary General of Leru, to News Tank.

"We have differences on several topics. However, we all agree upon those three issues. We hope that this could be a signal for those who are currently preparing various initiatives on R&I, which are probably heading in a different direction."
