Earto: Combining civil and defense efforts to strengthen Europe's security with RD&I

Earto discusses the need for a dual approach to strengthening Europe's security by combining civil and defense efforts through strengthening RD&I in a document titled "Strengthening Europe's Security: A Dual Approach for Civil & Defense Resilience" on the same day.

The document is based on the report "Safer Together - Strengthening Europe’s Civilian and Military Preparedness and Readiness" by Sauli Niinistö, published on 30/10/2024, which is welcomed by the Earto Working Group Security & Defense Research.
