Eutopia to "create the Eutopia Global Institute to work on joint activities in R&I" (M. Bellotti)

"Our goal is to create the Eutopia Global Institute: a platform where our universities and partners work together on joint activities and programmes in R&I", declares Mattia Bellotti, Secretary General of Eutopia, in an interview with News Tank on 22/05.

To do so, the alliance has an Innovation and Knowledge Transfer Working Group, which held a first meeting at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (Italy) on 02/04/2025. Participants discussed "how the Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) of the alliance's partner institutions, which support universities in turning research into real-world impact, can drive innovation within the alliance and contribute to its broader goals through the Eutopia Plan 2025-2026".

The working group aims to "support innovation activities at alliance level, coming up with new ideas and supporting ongoing activities", states Maëlle Gibbons-Patourel, Senior Policy Officer for Eutopia, in the same interview.
