Aurora: Veronika Sexl (University of Innsbruck) new President of the alliance starting 01/05/2025

Veronika Sexl, Rector of the University of Innsbruck (Austria), is taking the role of President of the alliance Aurora, effective on 01/05/2025, announces Ramon Purras, Secretary General of the alliance, on 19/05/2025.

The rotation of the presidency is happening, as it does every year, at the Aurora annual conference. In 2025, it takes place in Créteil (France) from 19 to 22/05/2025.

Martin Procházka, Former Rector of Palacký University Olomouc (Czechia) and outgoing President of Aurora, "passes the torch" to his successor, Veronika Sexl, Rector of the University of Innsbruck: "I wish you all the best with this very special role. It will be challenging and it will be work. You are taking over an alliance full of ideas, energy and opinions."
