"There is paralysis happening in American academic systems caused by uncertainty. And that paralysis is stealing the brain time we should be spending thinking about subatomic particles, or gene editing, or the history of horses in the heartland of America... Instead, we’re spending that time thinking about Donald Trump, which is his superpower.
