ExclusiveRice University (U.S.) will join the Venice International University; "Raising our academic impact"

"Rice University (U.S.) will join the Venice International University, a 30-year-old institution on San Servolo (Italy). We are joining 24 of the world’s best universities as a VIU partner", announces Caroline Levander, Professor and Vice President for Global Strategy at Rice University in Houston, Texas, in an interview with News Tank on 13/06/2025.

"I'm really excited about this partnership, because it means that our students and faculty are doing research, teaching and learning in a very international classroom. Any of the students from the 24 universities can take any of the classes."

Caroline Levander is also representing Rice University at VivaTech, an annual event dedicated to technological innovation and start-ups created in 2016. It is held annually in Paris (France) and is organised by Les Echos and Publicis groups.
