European Students' Union: Lana Par, President as of 01/08/2025

Lana Par takes her position as President of the European Students' Union (ESU) for a term running from 2025 to 2026 on 01/08/2025.

Before becoming President of the ESU, she served as Vice-President for one year, after sitting on the Executive Committee between 2023 and 2024. She also chaired the student council at the University of Rijeka (Croatia) and was president and project manager of the biotechnology student association at the University of Rijeka, from which she graduated.

"I’m incredibly honoured to begin my term as the President of the European Students’ Union - representing over 20 million students in Europe. In a time where education, democracy, and student rights are being tested in new ways, I’m committed to making sure student voices are not just heard, but central to the policies shaping our future", she states.
