Spain: €245 M to 256 Public-Private Partnership Projects and €667 M in funding for research projects

The Agencia Estatal de investigación (Spanish State Research Agency) awards €245 M to 256 projects in the Provisional Resolution Proposal for Public-Private Partnership Projects 2024, to promote experimental development projects in cooperation between companies and research organisations, it announces on 31/07/2025.

The Public-Private Partnership Projects aim to "mobilise private investment, generate employment, and improve the national technological balance. They also aim to strengthen the international leadership capacity of the Spanish Science, Technology, and Innovation System and its stakeholders, contributing to improved business competitiveness".

The agency also awards more than €667 M in funding to research projects in its Provisional Resolution Proposal for the 2024 Knowledge Generation Projects.
