QS Global MBA Rankings 2026: American podium led by Penn; HEC Paris first European ranked

Penn (Wharton) tops the QS Global MBA Rankings 2026 (2nd in 2025, +1), followed by Harvard Business School (3rd in 2025, +1), and MIT (Sloan) (4th in 2025, +1), in the ranking published on 17/09/2025 by Quacquarelli Symonds, a a higher education analyst and a for-profit services provider headquartered in London.

Stanford Graduate School of Business, which ranked first in 2025, drops to the 4th place (-3), due to a decline in certain indicators, notably employability and diversity, reports QS.

The podium is entirely from the United States, which dominates the ranking with 110 institutions represented out of the 346 in the ranking. The second most represented country is the United Kingdom, with 35 institutions ranked, followed by Canada (17).

Further down the top 10, HEC Paris (France) is the top European business school and is ranked fifth, while 23rd-placed National University of Singapore (NUS) is the top Asian business school.
