Conference of Italian University Rectors (Crui): Laura Ramaciotti elected President

The Assembly of the Conference of Italian University Rectors (Crui) has elected Laura Ramaciotti, Rector of the University of Ferrara, as President of the conference on 25/09/2025.

Full Professor of Applied Economics, she has been serving as Rector of the University of Ferrara since 2021 and will remain in office until 2027. She previously headed the Department of Economics and Management and was entrusted with several rectoral mandates concerning technology transfer, local engagement, and the university’s “third mission.”

Her experience also includes serving as Vice President of the Italian Association of University Incubators and Business Plan Competitions, membership in the Monitoring Committee of the Regional Operational Programme of the European Social Fund and European Regional Development Fund for Emilia-Romagna, and a seat on the board of the National Association Network for the Valorisation of Public Research.
