FT Executive MBA ranking 2025: Washington University programme in first place; rise in graduate earnings

The WashU-Fudan EMBA from Washington University: Olin is at the top of the Financial Times ranking of Executive MBA 2025, published on 10/10/2025, moving up from third place in 2024. This ranking highlights the best Executive MBA programmes worldwide.

Ceibs Global EMBA programme from Ceibs (China Europe International Business School) is in second place after leading the ranking in the previous edition, and the Executive MBA from ESCP Business School is third, losing one place.

China is the most featured country in the top 10, being the localisation for six programmes, followed by France, with four programmes.

"This is the first time Washington: Olin Business School is top in any FT ranking. Its rise is mainly due to the highest average alumni salary, of $718,662, and the biggest pay rise from pre-EMBA to now, at 134%", says FT.
