Earto appoints four new board members

Earto, the European association of research and technology organisations, has appointed four new members to its board. The appointments were made at the association's board meeting on 14/10/2025.

The four new members are:
• Kalle Härkki, CEO of Finland's technical research centre VTT, Finland. A graduate of Helsinki University of Technology, he has held various management positions in technology companies before joining VTT in August 2025.
• Bertrand Bouchet, Director of the Brussels office of the CEA (French Commission for Atomic and Alternative Energies). Educated at Sciences Po (France), he has worked at the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, among other places. He has been working at the CEA since 2016, where he previously served as Deputy Director for European Affairs and Advisor to the Director of International Relations.
• Olivier Guillon, CEO of the List (Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology). Professor at RWTH Aachen University, he previoulsy was Director of Forschungszentrum Jülich, a research center in Germany.
