The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and AACSB sign a memorandum of understanding

Acca (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and AACSB (the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) have launched a strategic partnership to support business and accounting and finance education, signing a three-year memorandum of understanding, the associations announced on 22/10/2025.

Acca is the global professional accounting body offering the Chartered Certified Accountant qualification (CCA). It is the fourth-largest professional accounting body in the world, with 257,900 members and 530,100 student members, and is based in London.

The new partnership includes:

• exploring areas of common interest;
• producing research on topics such as the future of work, graduate employability and career paths, as well as social impact;
• pursuing initiatives to support universities;
• examining the impact of AI on the learning experience in the short to medium term;
• and collaborating with key organisations to assess the future of accountancy education.
