Bucerius Law School has appointed Jörn Axel Kämmerer, who has been a professor at the school since 2000, as Vice President in the new Department of International Affairs.

Commenting on taking up the office in January 2026, Kämmerer said he "wants to use his experience to strengthen the cross-border networking of research networks".
