FOREEU4ALL reappoints chair and vice-chair for second term

Beatrix Busse has been reappointed as chair and Emily Helmeid as vice-chair of FOREEU4ALL, the platform for European Universities Alliances, for the 2026-2027 mandate. Fernando Perez-Peña, General Director of the SEA-EU Alliance, has been appointed as the other vice-chair, replacing Andreas Winkler, Secretary General of Unite! alliance.

Busse is Chief Development Officer of the EUniWell alliance and vice-rector for teaching and studies at Cologne University in Germany. Helmeid is Secretary General of the EUGLOH alliance.

FOREEU4ALL also elected 12 members of its Forum Board:

• Dorothy Kelly, Arqus Alliance Coordinator;
