Forward College aims to "invent a post-AI education system", according to its CEO

A new pan-European institution founded in 2021, Forward College offers programmes which include generative AI to support new forms of teaching and personal development, intending to prepare students for the best Master's programmes in Europe.

"There are fundamental reasons why education needs to change profoundly, and Forward is my concrete contribution to that. I try to stimulate the ecosystem by demonstrating that things can be done differently," declared Boris Walbaum, CEO of Forward College, in an interview with News Tank on 11/02/2026.

Forward College offers two types of bachelor's degrees: programmes in partnership with the London School of Economics (awarded by the University of London) and bachelor's degrees from Forward College, which are multidisciplinary bachelor's degrees where students choose their own combinations (awarded by the French Ministry of Higher Education).
