EUNICoast alliance manager says capacity-building programme delivers tangible results

The EUNICoast alliance manager has said that their capacity-building programme has already delivered tangible results and that the momentum should be maintained.

Petra Frent, EUNICoast alliance manager, said in an interview with News Tank on 30/03/2026: "Although it is still too early to speak of long-term impact, concrete effects are already visible: collaborations have started to emerge... Feedback shows that participants established direct contacts and continue to engage in exchanges after the event. Furthermore, concrete results have begun to emerge, such as the planning of joint projects."

The EUNICoast alliance, comprising 12 members, organised its first capacity-building programme event on 28-29/01/2026 at the University of Le Havre Normandy in France. They carried out an evaluation survey immediately after the event.
