Chinese and Pakistani universities earn AACSB Initial Business Accreditation

The Shanghai University of Engineering Science in China and the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan have earned initial business accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

The accreditation organisation, based in the US, announced its two new members on 09/11/2026. AACSB recognised a milestone that "ensures greater access to high-quality business education for learners around the world and businesses seeking top talent".

With the recognition of these schools, AACSB now has 1,098 accredited institutions in 71 countries and territories, and 195 institutions with AACSB accreditation for accounting programmes.
