EAIE 2026: Ukrainian and Palestinian unviersities aim to showcase resilience and develop partnerships

Ukrainian and Palestinian participants at the 2026 EAIE conference have highlighted the importance of being visible to partners at such an event, as they try to maintain education and research activities as well as international cooperation during wartime.

Invited to participate in the EAIE conference, taking place from 08 to 11/09/2026 in Glasgow (Scotland), representatives from Ukraine and Palestine shared challenges and goals:

Alla Tsapiv, Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Research and Education at Kherson State University in Ukraine, said her university aimed to "build the horizon, think ten steps forward about the development of our university and integrating it into the European environment".
