New European partnership for resilient cultural heritage and climate action to launch with 93 partners

Ninety organisations are joining forces in a new European project, the Resilient Cultural Heritage (RCH) partnership, to strengthen the resilience of cultural heritage to climate change and enhance its contribution to climate adaptation.

The partnership will be officially launched on 29/09/2026 in Marseille (France) with a kick-off event. It will mark the start of a ten-year initiative aimed at improving, structuring and coordinating research and knowledge-sharing at the intersection of cultural heritage and climate change.
